 St Joseph’s Spirituality and Education retreat centre embodies tranquility and rejuvenation.

Surrounded by water, in a natural bushland setting across 50 acres of land, this is a quiet corner of the beautiful Central Coast of NSW.

The spacious grounds create an atmosphere of tranquility and peace that enhances the reflective nature of the Centre as well as lends itself to a variety of outdoor events.

The St Joseph’s Spirituality and Education Centre offers the opportunity for individuals and groups to experience spiritual enrichment and personal development. Our hospitality and services are offered to a broad range of guests, including commercial organizations, educational groups and spiritual and community groups, seeking a venue for accommodation, conferences and seminars.

The Centre has

  • 38 accommodation rooms with ensuite bathrooms
    • 7 Single Rooms (long single beds)
    • 16 Double Rooms (these can be either set up as a King-size bed or as twin share with 2 Single beds)
    • 6 Superior Double Rooms (these can be either set up as a King-size bed or as twin share with 2 Single beds)
    • 9 Family Rooms (these can be either set up with a King-seize bed and 1 single bed or as triple share with 3 Single beds)
  • Croke Cottage, a 3 bedroom standalone cottage, which you can rent for small groups of up to 6 guests or your family with self- catering facilities
  • 1 conference hall, seating up to 100 guests
  • 2 conference rooms, seating up to 40 guests
  • Multiple break out rooms
  • A big lounge with fireplace to mingle with other guests
  • Dining and tea room facilities
  • The option of fully catered stays – Continental Breakfast, Morning tea (our scones are delicious, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner) for groups of 10 and more
  • A chapel that seats up to 120 guests

If you are planning on checking in on a Saturday or Sunday, please call us on (02) 4368 2805 as we can only offer weekend check-ins with prior notice; weekend check-ins cannot be booked online.

Group Bookings:

We will require the following information for any group bookings:

  • Date and Time of Arrival and Departure
  • Amount of people in your group
  • What catering option you would like to book
  • Which conference facilities you require (if you are an overnight group, you will receive a discount for the conference facilities).
  • If staying overnight, how many rooms of each category you would like to book (see description above)
    • whether any of your guests are sharing a room
